Envirologic is an environmental consulting practice established in 2010 and based in Howth, Co. Dublin, with workspace in Cootehill, Co. Cavan.  It has key competencies in hydrogeology (groundwater) and hydrology (surface water).  Expertise is delivered to a varied customer base in both private and public sectors. The practice offers a wide range of solutions to meet client specific needs and to satisfy environmental and planning legislation.

Envirologic prides itself on using modern hardware and software to achieve practical solutions, with the commercial presentation of the business centred around a sound scientific knowledge of hydrogeology and hydrology. The practice is dedicated to delivering a high quality service in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner to its clients.

Envirologic operates either as sole consultancy on a project, but more typically as part of a collaboration or consortium. The company has formed strong collaborations with several leading environmental consultancies, planning firms, consulting engineers and architectural practices.

Dr Colin O'Reilly is the founder of the company.  Colin has over ten years of professional experience as a hydrogeologist, coupled with a doctorate degree (awarded by the Centre for Water Resources Research, School of Architecture, Landscape and Civil Engineering, University College Dublin) and academic research at postdoctoral level. 

Colin is an active member of the International Association of Hydrogeologists (Irish Group), having sat on the conference sub-committee between 2009-2012 and served as Conference Secretary in 2013 and 2014.
